Quality Control training is a very important part
of US manufacturing. The Quality Control department
is responsible for ensuring that all products or
parts are constructed or repaired in accordance
with approved procedures and specifications. These
departments will inspect their product parts using
a number of different methods. They could be visual
or specialized inspections known as Nondestructive
Testing methods.
Each company establishes the standards by which
they perform the Quality Control process. These
standards are established in most cases by the
International Standards Organization (ISO). Spartan
College of Aeronautics and Technology has a Quality
Control Training program in which you can earn
a Quality Control degree. This program includes
a foundation in Nondestructive
Testing (NDT) and
also four specialty courses, which are covered
in our Quality Control degree program.
These courses include:
•
Manufacturing processes training
•
Metrology training
•
Total quality management training
•
Statistical Quality Control training
In addition, the Quality Control training program
includes a foundation in mathematics, physics and
general education classes, which are part of the
Associates Degree program. The training program
includes courses in Nondestructive Testing as well
as specialty courses associated with Quality Control
training. Upon completion of the Quality Control
training program the student will earn an Associates
of Applied Science Quality Control degree.
Having a strong foundation in quality control
will make the remainder of the Quality Control
Training easier to understand and complete. The
Nondestructive Testing training includes discussion
and practical projects on the various methods of
Nondestructive Testing.
Upon completion of the NDT diploma program, the
students may progress to the Quality Control Training
specialty classes. These specialty courses, which
cover disciplines, used in many Quality Control
Training programs.
Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology
has an outstanding Quality Control training program
which leads to a Quality Control degree. Having
a strong foundation in Quality Control Training
will open many career doors with many different
companies and industries. Some examples of the
industries are oil and gas, all facets of manufacturing,
power generation, racing, construction and aviation,
just to name a few.
